Rental Application: Now accepting applications for our 2025-2026 leasing season!
Thank you for your interest in leasing a Yale-owned apartment managed by Elm Campus Partners, LLC. Rentals are available to current Yale University students, post-docs, faculty, and staff, with preference given to students. You can find an apartment to suit your needs in just a few simple steps:
Step 1: Submit an application. You can do it right now! Once you submit an application, you can log in to view available apartments and select units to lease.
Step 2: View apartments online. Once logged in, you can view available apartments that reflect your application and consider which ones you might want to lease.
Step 3: Rank your preferences! Every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday available units are open for selection. Rental offers are issued on the next business day.
